Oh my I can't begin to tell you how good and falavor and scent full this cookies are!!! "Speculaas" (Belgian spice cookies) last semester around Thanksgiving, Mitchel made some for a TCC event and I got to try them and felt in love witht the crispy and cardamom scented cookie!!! So i tried them for christmas.
