This Bavaroise was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! chocolate heaven! consisting of a chocolate sponge + creme anglaise base multi layer flavored in Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate and White Chocolate.... all topped with more chocolate + whip cream and a sliced strawberryMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS Alison the cake was a HIT!
