Curds and whey separation
Willy, Jeff, Sherry and Mitchell (squeezing the curds!)
Making Mozzarella Cheese!!!! start by heating the milk then
add citric acid + rennin a coagulating enzyme obtained from a young animal's usually a calf's stomach. After a while the whey and curds separate then you put the curds through a cheesecloth and squeeze, squeeze and squeeze until you end up with a little ball of mozzarella cheese!!!
