Made this sometime ago... it is a Venetian dessert Vanilla bean ice cream with Balsamic-Strawberry & Phyllo Crisps with a touch for pecans with cinnamon

So my mom bought all of this tableware stuff for the fall and she got a big surprice when she saw these!
Like it? I learned to do that over the Summer in the Dining Room Service Class (RSTO 1204) We learned how to set up tables,clear tables and do a dozen of napkin folds! LOL it was fun and finally I get to put it to use...

Ok what is up with you people? You are doing Deep Fried Cat fish filets and you look all depressed! Smile this should be the highlight of your day! LOL j/k here we have Brandy, Joseph and Good old Mitchel! BTW Mitchel has proclaimed himself the Number ONE visitor and fan of this blog so there it is the position has been taken sorry for the rest of you who where trying so hard. Tu and Martell been all professional and getting ready for presentation. They cooked the Etouffee and they are about to top the molded rice with the Etouffee.

Group 1: Deep Fried Cat fish filets with Tartar Sauce (pg. 530) Cool presentation and class assignment OH and the Tartar Sauce was DELICIOUS! mmm... This was the work of: Mitchel,Brandy & Joseph! GREAT WORK GUYS!

Group 2: Red Snapper en Papillote (pg. 533) I got to work on this one today! It was fun to do the "envelopes" in which the fish is steam baked in the oven.Came out Wonderful! LOL thanks to Kenny & Jeff

Group 3: Blue Crab Cakes (pg. 529) GO Katie,Andrew and David!!!!

Group 4: Filets of Sole Bonne Femme (pg. 535) The mushroom topping was De-licious.

Group 5: Teriyaki Salmon with Pineapple Papaya Salsa (pg.541) the Salsa was AWESOME! very different and bold.

Group 5: Crawfish Etouffee (pg.584)
It was a very clever presentation Mr. Tu made some Asian type of Rice that is under the Etouffee so when you grabbed a spoonfull you got Etouffee+Rice!
