Made some mini tartlets at my practicum site...they wanted to get rid of some mini tart shells so using the ingredients on hand I came up with this fruit tarts. (Top) Chocolate-Almond Mousse, Raspberry chocolate, Blueberry-Lemon Curd and Raspberry-Lemon Curd.
