International Cuisine / Week 5 - Semi Conductor Luncheon



Mitchell on fire!!!! This is good old Mitchell posing after having flambeed our Sauteed Chicken with Kentucky Bourbon sauce.... what you don't know is that the flame was actually much higher than what it looks! it reached well over the fire suppression system! and in the back we had chef Warner urging us to get a LID!!! to cover it up before the system got activated! Who said Culinary school was boring! fortunately nothing happened after this quick snap shot I ran to get a lid and no one got in trouble. LOL : )

Thanks for the laugh of the day!!! I loved seeing the flames reach up to the extinguishing system. Next time let's see if you can actually set it off. Won't that be FUN???
