Chicken Lo-Mein with Steamed sticky rice



I've found out that the best noodles are the fresh ones you can get from Asian groceries. They can be found in the fridge section and all you do is boil them a little or add them to soups and voila ready to go but the best part is the texture of the noodle...much better than the dried kind.
