International Cuisine / Week 9 - Middle East


For the Middle East International class we had a guest
speaker: Nahida Saker on of TCC's Faculty and of Middle
Eastern Origin. Nahida shared with us many stories about
food and traditions of the Middle Eastern world.
She brought us some sweets to start our morning lecture.
We had Turkish coffee, mamoul and turkish delights sweets.
